Public tennis courts and pools dot the town, and both Brady's Run State Park and Raccoon Creek State Park are mere minutes away! If city life is more your preference then Beaver also sports a sizeable downtown strip and shop area, and the City of Pittsburgh is less than an hour away on Interstate-376, where one can enjoy a host of professional sports, theater, and cultural districts offered by the city.
